The 4th Albrecht Müller ARRIGE (AMA) webinar explored the biology, applications and challenges of RNA editing approaches versus current DNA editing techniques. On 07 May 2025, ARRIGE organized the fourth webinar in the Albrecht Müller series, whose name honours one of the founders of the ARRIGE association who passed away in 2019. This edition was prepared in collaboration with the ROPES European Project (ROles of ePitranscriptomic in diseasES). The webinar received a considerable amount of interest within the scientific community and triggered the registration of over 230 participants globally, with around 150 actively participating. This was one of the best-attended Albrecht Müller webinars organized to date.

The fourth issue of the ARRIGE newsletter has been just published. It corresponds to October 2021 and features several aspects on Clinical Applications of Genome Editing. It includes an Editorial written by Lluis Montoliu, President of ARRIGE, and articles contributed by S. Eben Kirskey, André Choulika and Susana Simoes et al. This newsletter also includes free commentaries from Alta Charo, Ariel Lindler and Dusan Misevic, and some interesting community news and contributions. Finally, it also includes the outcome of the recent ARRIGE BOARD 2021 elections, with the new elected ARRIGE Board.
